1st Tee Ball Practice

Thanks to Grandpa Drew and Grandma Trudy for outfitting Cole in all the necessary tee-ball accesories.

While Cole practiced Carter played on the play-set at the park.

And chased a squirrel urging it to "come back...come back"

The squirrel safely found it's way into a tall tree.

So we settled for some swinging.

And Cole proved to be a super star yet again.

Last Day of First Grade

Cole is quite the accomplished artist....

His artwork was on display at the Art Museum of Eastern Idaho. They only chose a handful of student artwork from the entire class so it was quite the honor Cole's fantastic painting of the Golden Gate Bridge was chosen.
We are so proud of him!

7

May is a busy month. We have Chris' birthday and he turned 31 and the last few weeks of school for Cole and next year will be Cole and Carter's last few weeks of school. Carter will start preschool in just a few months when school ramps up again.
(I need to catch my breath here)

So Chris and I celebrated our anniversary this weekend.

7 years.

It seems like such a huge accomplishment after our not so conventional beginning.
However, I would not change things for anything. Chris said he too wouldn't change a thing.

I don't think very many people are so lucky to be married to their best friend.
I am thankful everyday for the life we have together.

We are so blessed.

THE ROCKET

We met up with Cole's Scout pack this morning (Pack 310! Cole says very loudly) at 8 am at
Sandy Down's. Very early for a Saturday morning. A bit chilly but at least the wind wasn't blowing.

Today was the day of the Rocket Launch.
